So, you've decided to come play with Me. How fun!
But first, a few important things must be said, and you need to read them.
Booking an in-person session with a Dominatrix is one of the most ultimate acts of servitude, so you should take this very seriously, as first impressions go a LONG way. I take My sessions very seriously, and I run My business with utmost professionalism. To book with Me, you must follow My booking steps correctly and TO THE EXACT POINT. Rude or problematic submissives will be blocked permanently and potentially blacklisted depending on the severity of the situation. This is your ONE and ONLY warning.

(Things you need to know beforehand)
You are to come to every one of My sessions bathed and dressed in all black. You are to be free of all hair around your genitals, as well as your anus. If in chastity, cage must be worn to session.

IMPORTANT: If anal play has been arranged, you are required to come PREPARED. This means using an enema or anal douche BEFORE SHOWING UP. For a positive experience for the both of us, please ensure this is done within a minimum of 2 hours of your session time with Me. This process can take a few hours and tends to go wrong if rushed, so please ensure you make enough time in your schedule for this if it is something we have negotiated beforehand.

You are not allowed to record our session. However if recording is discussed beforehand and you consent, I will be recording the session on My devices and will pass along content to you, if that is what you wish. Performer Release Forms & ID are required in order for Me to film, as well as to post the content online, if you also consent to this.

Sessions starts at the time scheduled. If you are late, you will be charged a late fee of My choosing (ranging from $50-$200 depending on frequency of offense) and will not gain extra time unless you book an extra hour. You will also not be able to re-book with Me until your late fees have been paid. No-shows will require the payment of the remainder of My Tribute + a 10% apology/cancellation fee in order to be re-booked with Me.

Upon arrival to your session with Me, we will sit down over a glass of water, and go over what fantasies you brought up to Me in your inquiry, and see if anything needs to be tweaked before our session. Note that if you want to add some things after booking, you can, but things like golden showers need prep time! Be mindful of this if requesting more things in your session.

If you have booked an hour, then negotiation, the scene, aftercare, and a shower/getting dressed all needs to happen within the hour. THIS GOES FOR ANY TIME LIMIT. Heed this warning when booking your session with Me, as I may most likely have another session after you, and I won't hesitate to cut off a session because you did not think properly about how much time you wanted, and My alarm is going off. No amount of begging will grant an extension, unless at the beginning of the session (during Negotiation is ideal), you've inquired and discussed with Me as to whether or not I can extend our session, and have come with the correct Tribute for the extended time.

You acknowledge that by reaching out to Me means you have read and agreed to the following terms laid out in the waiver below.
WHEREAS THE UNDERSIGNED wishes to participate in certain acts, practices, procedures, and games commonly known as “BDSM” (hereinafter referred to as the “Activity”) under the facilitation of Mistress Seraphine.

THE UNDERSIGNED WARRANTS that they have no physical limitations, medical ailments, or physical or mental disability that may limit, impair, degrade, or otherwise inhibit or prevent participation in the Activity other than those disclosed to Mistress Seraphine.

IN CONSIDERATION OF permission to participate in the Activity and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, their agents, heirs, successors, insurers, and assigns (hereinafter referred to as the “RELEASORS”) hereby release and discharge Mistress Seraphine, its directors, officers, shareholders, subsidiaries, parents, employees, agents, subcontractors, or assigns (hereinafter referred to as the “RELEASEES”) from any and all claims, inclusive of any claim of negligence, breach of duty, breach of warranty, or breach of contract that may be alleged to arise in connection with the Activity.
THE RELEASORS ACKNOWLEDGE that participation in the Activity carries inherent risks and hazards that cannot be eliminated with the exercise of reasonable care and due caution.
THE RELEASORS AGREE not to commence or continue any action or proceeding or make any claim against any person or entity who may be entitled to claim contribution and indemnity from the Releasees. The Releasors further agree to fully indemnify the Releasees in respect of any awards, costs, damages, disbursements, and legal fees incurred as a result of any such claim for contribution and indemnity made against the Releasees.
THE RELEASORS ACKNOWLEDGE that execution of this Waiver and Indemnity Agreement will result in the extinguishment of certain of their legal rights, including their right to commence or continue legal action directly or indirectly against Mistress Seraphine. in connection with the Activity.
THE RELEASORS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that they have read this Waiver and Indemnity Agreement in full. THE RELEASORS AGREE that this Waiver and Indemnity Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
